Pauline is a seasoned Monitoring and Evaluation professional with over 7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluating development projects. She is adept in developing M&E frameworks, developing and using evaluation tools to collect both qualitative and quantitative data, data management and reporting, as well as capacity building teams on good data practices.
She is skilled in conducting learning-based monitoring, results-based monitoring, outcome harvesting and outcome mapping among other strategies of collecting data. Pauline has worked at the Kenya Private Sector Alliance, World University Service of Canada and Organization of African Youth, Kenya in coordinating monitoring, evaluation, research and learning processes.
Pauline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics from Egerton University, a certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from Amref International University and has training on data management and visualization using different tools.
